Assuming I do get the Retirement Visa, I would like

to ask the following questions on the 90 Days Reporting.

1. I have to leave Thailand every one or two months within

my one year stay. In other words, I won't have the

90 days. Have I to report?

2. Will it effect my Retirement Visa?

Am I allowed to do that? Will it effect my next year

extension?

Your kind advice will be much appreciated.

Thanking you all in advance

1. No reporting if you stay less than 90 days.

2. No problem, of course you have to apply on time for the extenson.

But if you never stay longer than 90 days in country, a multiple non-O might be a better option.

I think you are talking about an Extension of Stay, not a Visa.

If you are not in the Country for 90 days you do not have to report.

The 90 day clock starts again when you return.

You do need a Re Entry Permit when you leave to keep your extension alive.

1,000 Baht fot a Single.

3,800 Baht for a Multi.
