Mandatory online Settlement Visa for UK.

I really have been struggling with the site for the past 2 hours now

i get half way through my Thai wifes application and i get cut off

with Runtime Error and lose all my information i have typed in

and at the beggining of the online form it doesn't save my details

or email me my password info to log in in the future i'm using browser Mozzilla Firefox 4

with windows XP.Anyone else get this problem today?

any help would be most grateful

I used the online system yesterday without any difficulty...I am using Windows 7, however, I have recently reverted back to IE9 from Googe Chrome (because of constant Flash Crashes)...I wonder if that had a bearing on your problems.

There are very regular points where you can save the information and these worked fine for me. Having said that, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could step back thru the questions and change answers. It wouldl even save answers that I had entered before I went back.

You should start the form and click save if it crashes it will then save the data however they are up dating the software .

I can now save the online Settlement form and go back to it.

I downloaded another web browser, must of had

a glitch in mine before,thanks for taking the the trouble
