Anyone know of or want to start meetings here for this addiction. This is no joke. Serious and life threatening addiction.

I doubt whether you'd find any slaa groups in Thailand, and I wouldn't have thought it would be the most appropriate place for a sex and love addict to stay.

Or maybe it is the best place.....

27 Th. year a day at a time in the other fellowships, and find the crosstalk and the bullies too much for me here after 5 years of living here.

This other fellowship follows the same steps and traditions, however focuses on the core of the dis ease, core issues, and has crosstalk statements, and boundaries, and respect for the members, no advice giving, respect for boundaries, and the freedom to share in a safe environment without being abused by self indulgent, and arrogant, the opposite of humility sex tourists that sound good when they share, but are out there in Bkk and elsewhere searching to do their other addictions.

This should be in the Pattaya forum as that town is full of sex addicts. Maybe the mods can move it.

However, if the addict is in denial or doesn't want to stop, they can't be helped.

I have some friends who all justify their own whore-mongering activities.

I've pasted this into babblefish and a half-dozen other translation sites and couldn't come up with anything intelligible. I think before you post in a public forum it's best to have some exercise, get current on your medications, and perhaps get it down on paper while asking yourself "is this meaningless drivel that my readers will not be able to decode?"

AA requires total abstinence. Total abstinence is one of the cornerstones of the program.

I have never figured out how SLAA works when total abstinence is not the goal.

I went to two SLAA meetings 20 years ago. The people in the meeting were discussing things that made me uncomfortable so I never went to another meeting.
