Anybody Going To Bangkok For Surgery Later This Year And Want A Buddy?

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

I'm in Australia and my friends won't be able to accompany me when I go to Thailand later this year for surgery. Is there anyone else going October to December this year? I figured if someone needed a buddy like me, we could meet up. I'm frankly scared about going to a foreign country alone for medical procedures.

I'm looking to get a septoplasty, cheek reduction, and a chin implant done. Possibly one more procedure, but I don't know how many could be done at once.

I'm considering Dr. Kunachak, and maybe Bumrumgrad. If anyone else has any other suggestions for good doctors, I'd appreciate it. I tend to hear a couple other names bandied about, but have forgotten them.

I was wondering if anyone knows if packing is a standard part of a nose job in Thailand? I know it's usually not done in Australia, and I hope it's the case in Thailand too, for I heard it's painful.

And are there any doctors who could give me photos that would project how I'll look post-surgery. I have photos of what I'd like to look like, but projected photos are better!

Regards.
