Studio Apartment In Asoke/Thonglor/Ekamai Area Available For 1 Month Rest

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I am looking to rent for 1 month a studio apartment or room in the Asoke, Thonglor or Ekamai areas. I need to have aircon, Tv and basic furniture. To start I am looking to rent for just 1 month so I can look around for somewhere more permanent. and look at several options.

Budget is 10-15,000 baht a month.

Any suggestions or recommendations much appreciated.

Cheers

The best advice i can give you is stop looking in Thong lor!!!! There are loads of condo's in ekkamai and also phrakhanon area's and deals to be had especially at the upper end of your budget you could easily get a fairly large one bedroom as opposed to a tiny studio (which is all you would get in thong lor or asoke!). Rather than look online get yourself out to these condo's goto the juristic offices and ask whats available. They will put you in touch with owners and you can do viewings there and then! You are also in a much better position to bargain the price down as there are far more empty condo's than there are renters! Hope this helps. (or look at craigs list bangkok).

Walk 50 yards past the Thong Lo BTS station on the even soi side going against the direction of traffic. There is an apartment building there with B8000 studios, I forget the name but it is set back about 30 meters from Sukhumvit.
