It's definately the same town you pictured - see rectangular building and roads.

GE's been wrong before I guess.

From the map, I think I am right on the name of the town.

You're right Croc; I rechecked Google Earth Images and it seems that quite a few people mixed their own images 'The Bottom' and 'Windward Side' and posted it with the wrong name.....
