Department of Business Development shall investigate the business transaction of the companies located in provincial area as below

- On the 27th June – 1st July 2011 investigate the companies located in Udon Province, Khonkhan Province and Ayuthaya Province.

- On the 4th - 8th July 2011 investigate the companies located in Krabi

 

Target Group

 

- Real estate business 

- Agricultural business, retail and wholesale of agricultural products and rice mill. 

- The business which the foreigner held the capital shares subject to the Order number 102/2549  

- Others special business.

 

DBD shall serve the notice to target companies, such companies have to prepare all documents and evidences for the examination of the DBD officer.

 

   

 

 

 

They need a warrant from the court, right?

And why doesn't the DBD have access to the papers filed with when the company was opened, and any updates filed.

Investigate Business Transactions, sounds like a warrant is needed here also.

The authorities can audit you any time they choose. They are apparently looking for nominee companies, which are illegal, share structures can change after a company is registered..
