Temperature In Isaan To Drop This Week

TEMPERATURE WILL DROP IN THE NORTHEAST THIS WEEK

The temperature in the northeastern region for this week will drop due to the cold air mass that will move into the region.

Mr. Kriangsak Kettu_in (เกรียงศักดิ์ เกตุอินทร์), a meteorologist from the Ubonratchathani meteorology center, said the cold air mass over the region during this period is weakening. However, during October 18th and 20th, another cold air mass from China will prevail over the northeastern region, causing light morning fog and cool temperature in the area. Meanwhile, about 10 percent of the lower part will be seeing rain. The temperature is expected to drop by 2-3 degrees Celsius during October 18th and 20th.

The current changes in the weather could result in livestock falling ill, and thus, shelters should be arranged, while young animals should receive additional warmth.

It's already been quite cool in Korat over the past few days. We've had heavy morning and evening fog with hazy skies all day. The humidity feels very high. Sweat like pig during my morning runs.
