Wet And Dry Sandpaper In Bangkok

Featured Replies

No idea where to post this.....so I'll try the BKK forum

Where to get Wet and Dry S/paper 3200 for a 'relic-ing' project....to take very fine slithers of polyurethane and paint off wood with vigorous rubbing to give the impression of the wood being worn down...... ?

Tried Home Pro and that's a no.....need a real hardware store somewhere central or east-ish

You can get wet n dry paper at almost any auto re-finishing supplier.

Not quite sure if its the same wet n dry you need but may be of use.

There are no "real hardware stores" if you mean a megawarehouse store. Best bet for my money would be Klong Thom market near Chinatown, or the streets around that area. That's the first place I'd go.

Not to say it's absolutely unavailable, but I was never able to find 3000 grit sandpaper after much searching. You might end up ordering it from overseas. Or find a local business which uses it and which can point you to a supplier.
