Probably a fairly dumb question, but I've been looking everywhere for some nice ceiling fans with lights included. I don't have especially high ceilings, so they have to have the blades tilted so as to work with only about 12-14" between the ceiling and them.

I've looked in all the usual places (HomePro etc) without success - does anyone have any bright ideas, please?

Ceiling fans look nice but they are only any good if you sit right under them

Its a good idea to buy some pedestal fans and shift them around to where you want

We have both types and use the pedestal fans a lot more than the ceiling fans

I'm not sure I agree with that. I buy plenty of things from House & Home, but their display of ceiling fans is not as impressive as HomePro or HomeWorks.

OK, maybee their display is a bit smaller than HomePro and HomeWorks, but from my opinion House & Home´s fans is more stylish than their competitors. I myself am not fond of the style that many Asians (and also many farangs) like with frills, etc. I like smart, modern and clean design. More expensive, but well worth the money. But that is, of course, a matter of taste.
