Do any of the hotels,bars have happy hrs if so which 1s,especially hotels dont seem many have pools with bars or bars themselves in them?

Hotel bars usually do not have happy hours. Most hotels with swimming pools have a bar nearby. There are some bars offering happy hours, commonly those which are not running very well.

Only places I've seen happy hours advertised is those fairly new places on the cut through arcade on the south end of Ao Nang, across from the Phra Nang Inn. The catch is though, they are already so expensive, that their happy hour is where they have beers and drinks at the normal rate...........................

Happy hour in Ao Nang is buying your beers or wine at the 7/11 or supermarket and imbibing on the beach wall. That's advice from a seasoned vet

As far as pool bars, will you be in Krabi during high season? Krabi La Playa has a pretty nice pool bar but only open Dec-April. I'm sure the same for most hotels.
