Thai Massage Shop- Process

hi all respective members....

I want to know details for a thai massage shop in bangkok....

1. I am not thai citizen....so what should i know if i want to open thai massage shop in bkk??

2. what is the process if i want to take a shop on rent or lease and what will be the expected amount for that.....yes it depends on area but lets take sukhumvit for example for that business.

3. can i do this business on my own name? I mean...can i be the legal owner for this business?

4. what is the process to make a company for this business? and what are the general expenses if someone wanna make a company for this kind of business???

5. what will be the expected investment for this business? means any guesses for the total amount like rent of shop...furniture ...staff....and bills??? just wanna know bcoz i have to see my budget .....and ideas or guesses???

6. Finally....do u guys think that it will be a nice idea to do this business in thailand???
