My wife wants a dish washing machine. Does anyone know where to purchase one.

I have looked in different stores but not found one.

Had to go to Bangers to get ours.

It is Teka brand and bought it from shop called InterSukaPhan.

I am planning to buy one as well. In Phuket they are available at HomePro, Power Buy and Index mall. They range upwards from about 25,000 Baht.

What's your location? The bigger branches of Home Pro and Home Mart stock dishwashers. If not, they should order for you.

If you are outside a large city you may have a bigger problem finding detergent for it. The only place I have regularly found it in the suburbs of Bangkok is Foodland. And you do need it. And not all are created equal. The brand from OZ was useless in my experience. But not sure if it was real or not as containers were never sealed in any way (this was about 8-10 years ago).

She is a Thai, but we have lived in Europe for 8 years.

Is your wife Thai?

I saw something here in the US on TV about how immigrants here tend to not even use the dishwashers that come in their homes. They use them to store food and other things.
