I thought I had deleted the email, but I just checked to see which realtor originally made the secured loan offer. It was Sallman's, through a related company.

Bangkok Bank in Singapore used to lend money to non Thais to buy property in Thailand. They stopped and started a few times. I guess not now but I do not know for sure.

Thanks for that and do you know who the Company is giving the advice and taking your investment away from you so I know to avoid them
