can i extend my doubel entry tourist visa in immigration office twice after each 60 days??

After that you must leave the country and re-enter to activate your second entry.

They will normally extend a tourist visa entry 30 days (not the visa) so if you have a two entry visa each entry can be extended 30 days. The thing to be aware of is that the visa is valid for a specific time from date of issue (marked as use before date) so all entries must be made during that time period.
