Getting A Marriage Visa

Hi,

I went to the Pattaya immigration office today, and they told me I could apply for a marriage visa in Chiang Mai ( I live near Uttaradit ). Can anyone confirm this please.

Also, where do I have to go to do 90 day reporting? I understand it can only be done at a specific office near where you live.

Near Uttaradit or in Uttaradit? You use the office serving your province as listed below. You do your 90 day reports at the same office you obtain one year extensions of stay (they are not called marriage visas).

3. Tak (ตาก) - - - Sukhothai (สุโขทัย)

4. Nan (น่าน) - - - Uttaradit (อุตรดิตถ์) Phrae (แพร่)

5. Phitsanulok (พิษณุโลก) - - - Phetchabun (เพชรบูรณ์) Phichit (พิจิตร)

6. Nakhon Sawan (นครสวรรค์) - - - Kamphaeng Phet (ก าแพงเพชร) Uthai Thani (อุทัยธานี)

7. Mae Hong Son (แม่ฮ่องสอน)
