Poke Posted August 10, 2011 Share Posted August 10, 2011 When I first considered moving to Bangkok in 2004 or 05, I looked at the condos at Sathorn Baan Chaopraya in Thonburi just accross from the Taksin pier. The building was empty and there was some legal notic on the door. The apartments were shell and the views were OK but I decided not to buy. Sincer then I've seen them occasionally come up for sale in blocks, still not finished. Today there is an ad in the BAngkok Post with many apartmens there auction end of this month.
