October 28, 200520 yr i,ve just received an e-mail from west east travel £355 for thai in november travelling on selected days, mmm good value there i hope they carry this on for jan and feb and maybe i can get a cheapy
October 29, 200520 yr Add on the fuel-surcharge & airport-taxes and you're probably looking at nearer £425, still they do offer a free onward domestic-conection within Thailand, which makes it still a very competitive offer. I bought a one-way LHR-BKK-CNX 3 weeks ago, the cheapest on-line with Thai was £430ish, but West-East came up with £371.70 - so they are usually worth trying Looks like TG may be cutting their prices to a competitive level, for last-minute bookings & via their favourite travel-agents, to fill their remaining seats. This can only be good news - if you can be flexible about when you travel.
October 31, 200520 yr Stuffed if you want to fly Xmas though, you end paying through the nose for it which ever carrier you go with
October 31, 200520 yr Xmas has always been expensive. My hint is to take an extra week of work and leave for Thailand before the 18th Dec.
November 1, 200520 yr Author proff fart that seems to be consistantly the date over the years when the price does go up and thier always used to be a shortage of flights back until the 12 jan
November 1, 200520 yr Most flights go up in price on the 10th december and drop back down on either 25th or 26th.
November 2, 200520 yr Most flights go up in price on the 10th december and drop back down on either 25th or 26th. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not quite true - try getting a flight for the 26th. I'm flying on boxing day and booked 2 weeks ago, now my flight's fully booked. You can't get anything for under 700.
