Went to the inexpensive hotel's website to book a room and this is what I saw

Anyone got a clue what this is all about? That's some ultra high price land gettin (expropriated?).

Crown land, leasehold, lease not paid?

I read some time ago that the Crown Property Bureau had plans for a major development of the Land they own in that area - and they own a lot, so I imagine this Project is starting now and there will have been many more such letters sent out.
