We are a startup company and need a car for our company. It's mainly for our CEO. Thus it should not be a too small or too cheap car; it doesn't have to be a big BMW or Mercedes either. Price of a Honda Accord should be around THB 50,000/month but as far as I know they don't rent out to new companies - the company should be min. 2 years old.

Is this a short term lease or a long term one?

You might be better off financing a car in the company name and then selling it if the CEO parts ways with the company.

Leasing for hi mileage, , and not as a Directors Benefit, they can have mine back when its worn out..
