A Quick Question On Getting Wp3

I've checked out all the info. on MFA Thailand and found:

- Letter of approval from the Ministry of Labour. To obtain this letter, the applicant's prospective employer in Thailand is required to submit Form WP3 at the Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour Tel. 02-2452745, or at the Provincial Employment Office in his or her respective province.

I just got a offer to working in Thailand from the 5 star hotel in BKK, and been told they are trying as fast as they could to arrange all the documents needed for applying a Non-B visa for me.

I booked a flight back home 4 days later, but they told me they are still processing the document, all is ready and just waiting for the WP3.

My quick question is: How long does the WP3 could be issued?

As I must use the WP3 for obtain the Non-B visa in my country.

That depends on certian factors, it can take a few days to a few weeks.

If you needd the WP3 form really depends on where you will apply for the non-B. In Asia you will need it, in Europe not. You do not have to apply for it in your home country, unless you are a national of a very few countries, such as Iran and Irak.

Well, I am going to fly back to China to getting the Non-B...seems the WP3 is a must...

Just signed a contrat with the Hotel 2 days ago, and they said they will working on the documents as soon as they could. I tell them I will be leaving tomorrow.

But they called me yesterday and said the WP3 is not ready, and ask me if I could change my flight for some days later.

Really want to know how fast can someone get this thing.
