Credit Refund From Home Pro

Featured Replies

Hi like a few months ago I returned something to HOme Pro in Chalong. I used my BB debit card so they issued me a refund but said it would take a month. Well no deposit has shown up and not sure where I start. I have the receipt of course and it has not faded yet..

Anyone been through this?

Took me 2 visits before I got my money credited back last time. Waited a month as they said first, then went back and the money was credited back within 3 days.

Thanks so you went back to Home Pro? Will do .. not sure if it is a scam or what. Thanks for the reply! I am pretty sure my bank will be clueless about it.

Credit refund on CC purchases can be a complicated matter,,it depend a lot on the member of staff who is dealing with it for you eg, how well trained etc...you always have to check and follow up ,especially here i n Thailand....TIT..t

Yes so far it is turning into a disaster I went and all they told me to do was call BB urg So I complied just to appease them BB bank said they would investigate. So I get a phone call back and they say something about June 3.. blah blah .. I was at work so just thought ok maybe I Missed it.

Stupid me, june 3rd was the day of the charge. So now i have to go back..

I never use debetcards for purchases. To risky

But I buy a lot at Homepro with CC, and have done some returns. No problems at all, shows up on next invoice

More reason just to use the ATM before you go in and pay cash.

It's faster and with much less head scratching from the clueless staff.
