Durian is the king of fruits and it's also the only fruit that is a "heating" fruit all the other fruit are "cooling".

This I believe is Yin and Yan actions ,reactions etc.

my sister in law says longan heat you as well, I eat heaps and whenever I get a chest congestion she gives me that "I told you so look" while looking at fruit.
