September 3, 201114 yr Hi All, Following a couple of recent trips to Hua Hin, I have been quite impressed how the girls in the beer-bars manage to go on online ot youtube, look up your favourite song online, then play it through the flat-screen tv and the bars HiFi system. Anyone got any idea how a mere mortal such as I could do this..... and where to get the gear..... or indeed, where to employ someone to do it at "local rate" Cheers in advance.
September 4, 201114 yr It's really simple. The earliest PC's commonly used TVs as monitors, and situation is better now because of better TV displays. Look in your TV user manual for computer connection. Have to adjust your computer output to TV resolution, which should be given in the same manual.
September 4, 201114 yr ignoring the two non-answers above, it is very easy. it depends on what kind of outputs your ;laptop or computer has. Most newer tvs have both vga(or dvi) and HDMI inputs. you simply connect the vga or HDMi from th computer to the tv. If using VGA you also connect the the audio out or headphone out to either the tv or amp.
