Got a weird set up at home , the way the water drains during heavy rain. Want to make some changes to concrete, hammer and chisel is a slow slow process.

Are their any rental places, don't thInk I will need to UAE again ( so buying is a waste )

Not 100% sure about this, but you can probably hire a construction worker to do the job for less money than renting a jack hammer. At our home, they dug holes 1M x 1M x 1M for our pilings. The ground was hard as a rock. Had some gal sit there and dig them by hand. One hole a day. Probably paid her 200B a day or so to do it.
