how are you think about i will start the business about medical tour , check up , plastic surgery , sex-change ,ophthalmology clinic , lasik ,hair transplantation , hair removal , acupuncture

joint replacement surgery , dental clinic , heart ...

by i have contact with good hospital . will come just for medical or tour or medical and tour ... this can decide .

about medical you can sent some medical report for contact with doctor in thai first then decide interest or not ...

please suggest this idea of business will work ?

Yes, a friend looked into this a few years ago as a business propositions. After extensive research he decided there was too many established companies offering this sort of service.

Another aspect is that the quantity and quality of hospital facilities in Phuket is limited by comparison to other areas of the country such as Chiang Mai or Bangkok, the cost is also higher.

If you want to do any project here, learning English should be your first priority. Anyone communicating with you would never follow you through anything with your very basic knowledge of the language. Good luck.
