Hellooo! I'm so glad to be here, I was literally searching for hours in google to find the info I need... without success.

I will be in Phuket from October to December. Since I wanted to buy a cheap tablet anyway, I'm considernig to buy one together with a data sim (it would be great if I'd be able to send sms with this sim card as well). I've read quite a lot about sim cards expiring after a very short amount of weeks, so I'd be happy to know already know what I should be looking for.

Do you know if any Thai phone companies offer packages (prepaid sim + cheap tablet)?

Do you know of any online shops (from Thailand but in English, where I can compare prices)?

If not: what SIM card shall I look for? Is it worth to buy it directly at the arrival airport shops?

Hi. you could buy a TRUE MOVE sim which is great for using the internet with a tab. not sure how much the price is but I bought mine for 300B. wish u luck on finding the right one.
