Might be helpful to know exactly what you are looking for.

In my experience, Ban Moh has most components, and you can order things from Natthapong there. Natthapong also has a branch at Zeer Rangsit. Amorn at Fortune, IMO, is mostly useless, but they may have an odd or end you can use.

There's a place called Wesco on Ladprao Soi 1, which has a lot of discrete components. There's ETT on Sukhumvit, near Rama IV in Phrakanong, for some components, and microprocessor/microcontroller parts, kits and development tools. Also Futelec, across Rama IV from ETT.

Anything more specific would require knowledge of what you're looking for.

Depends what electric stuff, all computer electronic stuff = Prantip and Rama 9 fortune mall.
