Normally a work permit would be enough.

If not, you have to obtain from immigration who might only issue unless you do 90 day reporting at their office. Maybe a rental contract or utillity bill will be accepted by immigration. If not, you have to obtain a letter from your embassy.

But here in the south, if you change address, you hv to get a letter from the amphur or tedsaban to confirm your actual address.
