Soi Baukhaow has a few good ones

"At All" Bar, Soi Buakaow. No hassle, cheap drinks ( Tiger beer 39 baht!) and an elevated view of Soi B streetlife 24h.

Tiger Bar in Soi 7 - is a bar with Coyote girls. More then half way down Soi 7 (coming from 2nd road towards the beach) on a corner right hand side - has a big glassfront.

Hassle-free (unless you smoke a 'Shisha', which all the gilrs want to share with you) and a lot to watch out. Best time from about 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.
