This would make it the biggest coincidence since the announcement that the Chiang Mai Hotel deaths was a " coincidence "

....all dams, regardless of where in Thailand, what their catchment area would be, regardless of the rainfall variance in different parts of the country, have by pure coincidence reached 92% at the same time.
