If anybody can help me please, i,m looking for a thai man who can do some all round building work for me, on a small house in lipa noi,i can provide transport if need be and if hes reasonable i can pay around the 10000 per month.

I do not know about Samui, but when I was living on Phangan my Thai friends used to recruit farangs -at the end of the road- for that same kind of task... And they paid them half of the amount you are eager to spend.
