Looking For Shop To Rent

Featured Replies

I am looking for a shop where I can start a new internet cafe, in Jomtien or Pattaya max 10,000 THB a month rent. Where is the best place to look for commercial property in this area, or best website?

Drive around and look at the signs on the doors.......but 10K a month is not going to get you much in Pattaya or Jomtien, you maybe need to look at Kaow Thalow, Nern Plabwan, Kao Noi or some of the other east side areas, single shophouses in Chaiyapruek and Chaiyapruek 2 (south end of Jomtien) are going for 20K - 30Ka month and upwards!!

But an internet cafe?? Seriously?? there are only about 20 thousand of them already!!!!! and @ 20 - 30 baht an hour it is not exactly worthwhile??

Take care

i hear what your saying

I'm not restricted to internet cafe, just thought internet cafe was the base business idea to start with... What do you reckon? what is a good small business?

steve

I had an internet cafe with 12 comps - complete waste of time and money, the only way we made anything was with all the add on's, inkjet indoor & outdoor printing, Business cards, Stickers, Menus, Window stickers, Logos etc. and we had a Post office counter service -agent for DHL, UPS, EMS etc and a mass pay system similar to 7/11 where people could pay their bills.

It ended up that all of our "add on's" was keeping the internet cafe afloat, just a drain for money!!!!!!!!

Binned the lot, including the lazy ass staff, and opened a noodle shop, countable cash profit every day now!!
