Sorry to bother again folks, but I am after a gym mat.

Just a single mat for sit ups etc, not a large crash mat.

I've looked in the sports shop at Big C, in Tesco and in Homepro, but can't find one.

I've called in a couple of gyms to ask but not managed to get my qn. across to the thai staff.

Any ideas anyone?

The sports shop on the ground floor of BigC has yoga mats. Just by the shoes etc. Any good? I have improvised with this.

The supermarkets also have those roll up camping mats as well.

Travelling from Bandon Hospital, pass Big C on your right and a few hungred yards up on the right is a little upholstery place, they made me some seating mats (outside use) about the size i expect you need 700 baht each.

They sell the proper training mats in most Robinsons dept store's, in the sports section next to the swiss balls. Price around 400 baht.
