Tried two gyms in patong , where they had cold water showers only? Please don't tell me cold shower is better after/before training, i'm not used to it,....tried long time ago "Patong gym" and fit club gym Patong"

If you live in that area (Patong/Karon), then you're probably best qualified to answer your own question. The alternative is just to run home/back to work and shower when you get there. However, if you're working in that area, maybe just get used to cold showers (let's face it, after a work out, there are worse things in life than a cold shower).

Just to quality that, I use the Smart Gym opposite Expo in Phuket Town, and cycle there and back from Chalong, hence no point showering in the gym for me, but warm then cold shower when I get home.

What's a hot shower?

Hilton Arcadia has hot and cold showers, steam room, sauna, air conditioned, good quality gym.

Non hotel guests can pay to use it.
