Is There A Moo Kata Place Near Silom?

If you mean the Thai style, outdoor, 89 Baht all you can eat places, then there are none that I'm aware of near the Sala Daeng end of Silom; not within a walk-able distance to the BTS anyway.

There are a few Japanese grill places on Soi Thaniya though which may fit the bill - a bit more up-market and, obviously, more Japanese style but a similar concept. The extra money gets you better quality meat, more variety and added luxuries such as air-con.
