My TOT internet just went down, although phone line is OK, Have reset router which says I am connected OK, but wont connect, Green light on router which would suggest its OK but cant connect up. TOT say no problem with the line any ideas, is it my router or is anyone elses TOT internet down?

I am on TOT and with no problems at all.

TOT often say there is no problem when there is. Have you tried their Tech Support line they often respond better and take you through the steps to see what and where the problem is be it your end or theirs.

You must at least write your location when asking such stuff!! In Phuket there are several outages, even now. In the morning there was a long break. Due to Phuket Gazette TT does not know the reason.
