Driving Through West Bangkok

I will be driving from Pattaya to Kanchanaburi on Tuesday. My planned route is Outer RIng Road No 9 and then west on Phet Kasem Road No 4. Any latest information on possible delays due to flooding would be appreciated. Alternative routes ?

Sai 5 area on Phet Kasem road was still heavily flooded as at last night and there weren't small cars driving around. There's a way around it, which is driving to Samut Sakorn from Rama 2 road, but it's hard for me to describe. The exit unto Phet Kasem road is Thetssaban 15 ( Soi Wat Thian Dat ).

Based on this it sounds like trouble.
