Tiger,

Threw the brochure away, so i have to recall from memory......

5 year (they call it lifetime) around 150.000

1 year around 45.000

they also had something cheap if i recall.... something like 25.000 but in that case you had to pay every month a 3000 baht fee.

but hey, i could be wrong as it was a month ago that i had a look at the prices. :o

Think its there to cator for the Jack Osbournes etc

I would not be suprised by any price they quoted  :o

They are a famous muay thai gym in the USA and are probably targeting upper class suburban kids who want to brag about going to the Fairtex gym in Thailand where they trained just like the locals. LOL

Those prices sure are crazy in a town like Pattaya where gyms are on every corner. I saw the rooms were like $435 a week for training and 2 meals a day. For "only" an extra $7 they will give you a third meal. The rooms didn't look that special. Training only is B1000 per day.

The Weekender has a two week deal with gym, training, food, drinks, and hotel for half as much. Gyms in Phuket and Chiang Mai run about B7000 a month for training only. Assuming serious training meals limited partying, I think B70000+ can cover food and an apartment.

Far East Fighting Institute is another expensive muay thai gym in Pattaya but does seem geared to serious pro level fighters and is still cheaper than Fairtex.

PS Says was USD 7 million plus on the web site.

Far East Institute as the boxer Yodsanan 3k battery its a good camp run by a NZ guy !!!

I think the weekender does not have a Boxing gym anymore they moved to Sukhumvit rd nr the hospital ?

CTM as you say its for the rich kids to play about to say they are doing Muay Thai but if there is MUGS paying it all the best to them :o

I lived in Buriram it was 200b per day all in food room & training with over 5 stadium champions there !!

The Gym that was in Weekender was Sitpholek....They had to relocate because the hotel went bankrupt. Now they are on the Sukhumvit road between Central and North Pattaya road....

Think its there to cator for the Jack Osbournes etc
LOL.....My grandmother could take him down anytime blindfolded....Even his sister beat him up... Edited by pluto_manibo
