yes , million per cent sure .

Voted with no, because none of the mocy-taxis here in my area have helmets for passengers. If they would then i would wear their helmet. I try to avoid using mocy-taxis as much as i can, because they drive much too fast and dangerous. Instead i most times use regular taxis (car) even if they are more expensive.

In the soi, no. On the main roads, yes. There is no choice in the matter. When going on main roads, they will not take anyone who refuses to wear the skid lid. This has nothing to do with road safety. It is purely based on economic grounds. In the area I live in the police are very active and being stopped costs anywhere between 100 to 400 Baht a time.

Although I only ever use them when in Bangkok or at the coast I voted yes as I prefer to be safe over looking cool laugh.gif
