Check with a local bar owner in your area. They'll most likely know somebody nearby who can provide a pig roast. Expect to pay big baht. A bar owner I know recently dropped plans he had for a pig roast when he got the price quote. I don't remember the amount but he said it was double what he paid last year. Go to a wet market for untrimmed pork, just be sure to cook it over 160 degrees F. inside.
