I have just spent 3 weeks in Spa Samui eating healthy food and would like to keep it up now I'm back in Bangkok

Are there any good restaurants in the Silom area that are healthy, natural etc. and are reasonably priced?

I live in the Silom area and try to eat healthy most of the time. I can tell you that it is a big challenge when eating out in Bangkok. The closest to fairly healthy and reasonable eating in the Silom area is:

1. Beirut Restaurant---an inexpensive and popular Lebanese restaurant on Silom Road near Patpong(it is inside the little mall behind KFC. Order barbecued fish and vegetables and/or the barbecued chicken pieces with rice.

2. Bua--Thai restaurant on Convent Road close to Silom Road. Order steamed seabass(plakapong) in lime juice or soy sauce.
