I am in need of caterers to arrange the catering for a party at my house at the end of the year, they need to be able to come do the set up (including tables and chairs), decoration (flowers, ballons, ribbons etc) and put on good quality food for around 50-75 people. Does anyone have any contacts or experience with this in bangkok?

I'd like to be able to dictate my own menu/choice of food, I want Thai and International selections, but i am happy to work with the caterers to find a good balance between what they think would be the best food choices vs my choice of food - i think a buffet style would be best for this kind of event.

I guess i would also need them to set up a bar although i will supply most of the drinks myself to keep the costs down. So perhaps they would need to set up draft beer only and serve the stuff i buy.
