Good Electirican Needed

Hello all,

We are in need of a good electrician to check out the lights around the house. The fuses constantly blow and I keep buying new bulbs, even though they're of the energy saving type and are supposed to last very long; it might be a humidity problem but I'm not sure...

Any tips are greatly appreciated.
