Where Can I Find Longboard/Skateboard For Sale?

hi,

i'm trying to find a place where they sell longboards in bangkok, preferably secondhand. i'm moving to yangon in a week and motorbikes and bicycles are prohibited in the city so i'm trying to find another means of transport. THANKS!

Preduce has a few longboards and the skate shop in the metro mall at Chatuchak MRT. However if you are looking for Rayne, Subsonic, Loaded, Bustin, or any other decent ride, forget it, all these shops sell is Globe. Picture a 1/2 inch plank with heavy made in China knock off trucks and under sized cheap urethane wheels. A used board, maybe, but in a week, good luck. I have been here 3 months. I ride the streets in Sukhumvit area, odds and evens from Soi Zero to Ekamai as well as the parks of Benjasiri, Benjakiti, Lumpini and my favorite Rot Fai Park and in 3 months I have only seen one guy on a longboard and he was a Japanese tourist. I would suggest mail order, but in Burma??? Who knows thing are changing fast. Hope this helps.
