A Thank You To The British Embassy

It's not often that I give praise to the British Embassy, but credit where credit's due. We had a compassionate settlement application to submit last week. The application was submitted at VFS on Friday morning last week, and the passport, with visa, was back with the applicant at midday today ( Wednesday).

The Embassy were great. I emailed them to inform them that we would be submitting a compassionate application, and they replied almost immediately. They promised to look at it immediately,and if there were, indeed, compassionate circumstances, then they would fast track the application. As you can see, they processed it in 48 hours.

Well done, British Embassy, from us and two very grateful "customers".
