This is the "declared" salary with the "real salary" paid tax free offshore. if that would be the case, everything would be good, but I guess it is the miority that works like that... That is absolutely correct Mario. Despite the National Labour Office not requiring a minimum salary, some local labour offices (eg Prachuap) seem to have taken it upon themselves to impose the salary guidelines for WP issue, specified by the immigration bureau for an extension of stay based on business.
