Sharing Picture From Android Phone

Featured Replies

Following situation:

I take a picture with my phone. Now I want to share it on say...Facebook. I go to the share option and get a rather long list of all sorts of programs on my phone that allow to share a picture.

The problem is, the list is longer that my screen allows to display. And you cannot scroll that list either. The Facebook option has disappeared somewhere beyond view.

Now the question: Where can I edit this "share with..." list so I can take those applications off the list that I most likely will never use for sharing anyways?

Met last night some IT guy who does Android programming. Showed him my phone and he said he never saw that before. Indeed, on his HTC he was able to scroll the list.He said he wants to look into this, will report back if there is an answer.

If that helps, I run version 2.3.6

Just a suggestion: If Facebook is the app you need to see on the Share-With list, you might want to delete and re-install this app. Maybe it will then be on top of the list as a new app.

In my Samsung Note, the list is long too, and when I rotate in landscape mode, the Share-With list comes in 2 columns.

The only way I found to is by editing the .odex or .dex file inside the apk You will be looking for android.intent.action.SEND

android.intent.action.SEND_MULTIPLE change these to android.intent.action.NULL
