When buying a new car, if I take an option, is the price fo that optional equipment added to the purchase price, or does that have to be paid for in cash?

For example, say I want to buy a car for 600,000. I don't like the radio, so the dealer offers an upgraded radio for 15,000 baht.

Is the total amount financed 615,000, to include the radio? Or is 600,000 financed and I have to bring 15,000 baht in cash when I pick up the car?

When I bought mine I had several options added on including fancier rims, LED entry panel lights, etc. They were all rolled into the total cost of the car which the finance was then based on.

That's what we call "freebies",if you want something extra that they don't want to include free in the price, you need to pay for it extra...

Don't confuse 'freebies' such as window film, floor mats, etc. with the more high end options. Those 17" mag wheels I added are not cheap but it was rolled into the finance statement which is what is asked, that is I didn't have to pay for them with cash separate from the financing.
