Anyone know where to buy just a new microwave plate? That's the glass plate that sits on the turntable, NOT a microwave-proof plate that you put your food on!

Have tried the usual shop suspects in and around Chalong, but no joy.

A scrap yard or secondhand dealer is probably your best bet

If the manufacturer does not have a outlet/repair centre here

Have you tried the place in the basement of Big C they carry

parts for washing machines, electric gates and all sorts of

things, Right hand end when you walk in the door

You can basically use any ceramic dinner plate provided it rotates on the turntable and does not have any metallic decoration etc..

I have used a Stoneware plate for over 5 years with no problem.
